European Open Junior Team USA Practice: 4 Jump Weave Drill

I took this set up from the beginning of Speedoggie's Masters Challenge Standard Class. It's a short drill that will fit in a limited area. These eight sequences have plenty of wraps, back-sides of jumps and tight weave entries. Mixup your handling choices so you practice all of your side changes. Time your runs to see which of your handling decisions resulted in the quickest time. Click anywhere on course to enlarge course map.

  • run using mostly fronts
  • run using mostly rears
  • run using mostly blinds and reverse post turns (aka Ketchker)
  • run with out using arms focusing on your feet, legs and shoulders
  • run silently focusing on your excel/decel
