Rock Solid Weave Entry Online Class Registration Open!

Whether you are just beginning your weave pole sequencing or you are already competing at the highest levels, mastering independent weave entries at speed is a must have skill for every team! In this class you will learn fun and creative ways to work on independent weave entries without having to put your dogs through endless repetitions. 

This class teaches, in detail, a unique and fun skill game that you can practice in small spaces that will improve your dog’s weave pole entry success! Class covers everything from forward focus and weight shift to accuracy and precision in real world situations, and much, much, more. The class is designed to teach you the tools necessary to train your dog to have rock solid weave entries in a fun and motivating environment. 

The exercises in this class can be done with any type of weave pole (competition standard poles, weave-a-matics, channel poles, 2x2, etc). Dogs participating in this class should have an understanding of how to weave between a poles. Beginner dogs are welcome and exercises can be adapted to training poles (open/offset). To get the most out of the class your dog should be food and/or toy motivated.

Class Length: 4 weeks (information/classroom available in read-only mode for 6 months after completion of course)

Course Structure:
-This online class is 4 weeks long and is held as a Facebook Group. All participants need to be members of Facebook to participate. 
-1 Video lesson each week (posted Tuesdays)
-PDF Downloadable written instructions and FAQs for each lesson
-Video demonstration and explanations of each assignment
-Detailed review for all student’s homework videos
-Open class discussion for all participants

Chris Ott is an international level dog agility competitor, trainer, coach, and GJP (Global Judging Program) Affiliate Judge with 35 years experience competing in dog sports. Her achievements include: Multi year USA/AKC World Agility Team Member, USA/AKC European Agility Open Team Member, Cynosport World Steeplechase Champion, Guinness World Record Holder for Dog Weaving, and Multi Year European Agility Junior Agility Team Coach. Chris is also one of the top breeders of performance border collies in the world with multiple dogs of her breeding being selected to represent their countries at FCI, IFCS, WAO, AKC, and Crufts Championships.
